Dance Master Kala Dance Master Kala:

She is one of South India's leading choreographers and a National Award winner. She turns dance numbers into visual delights!

A trained classical dancer, Kala made her debut as an assistant choreographer at the age of 12 in 1982. She has choreographed over 3,600 songs in various languages and has a dance school named 'Kala's Kalalaya' of her own. She got a break in Punnagai Mannan starring Kamal Hassan and Revathi. Later, she got the `single card' for choreography in K. Balachander's Pudhu Pudhu Arthangal. Movies such as Vaaname Yellai, Roja and Azhagan catapulted her to fame.

She has choreographed songs in various languages including Hindi, Oriya, Bengali, English, Italian and Japanese besides the South Indian languages. She loves live shows. Her definition of dance - "It is a beautiful art form. It doubles up as yoga, meditation and aerobics and relaxes your mind and body." She treasures the opportunity to have choreographed the Miss World 1996 Beauty Pageant held at Bangalore for which she got a special award of excellence from Amitabh Bachchan.

Prashanth Top Star Prashanth:

Popularly known as "Kadhal Ilavarasan", he remains the hot favourite among the youngsters and is the heart throb of teeny boppers. Son of film actor, producer and director, Thiagarajan, Prashanth has many successful films to his credit in Tamil, Malayalam and other south Indian languages.

His debut film was in 1990 when he starred in Vaigasi Poranthachu and it went on to become a big hit. Soon he was in yet another hit Chembaruthi. Vanna Pookal by Balu Mahendra won the best regional film award at the national level and gave Prasanth yet another hit.

She has been around for over 20 odd years and has played heroine to all leading heroes cutting across all languages. Ramya is an actress with immense glamour and screen presence. Her big, big break was Padayappa with the superstar Rajnikanth. This negative character of Neelambari gave her worldwide recognition and a new lease to her career. She has done over 200 films various languages and has been paired opposite all leading stars.

Ramya is a splendid dancer in her own style. She is known for her special appearance in dance numbers. Beginning her dance numbers like 'Aatamma terrotama' in Captain Prabhakaran. Many of her dance movements are still remembered. 'Ayio Pathikichu' from Rhythm, 'Thoodhu Varruma' in Kaakha Kaakha, 'Tanni Konjam Errirruku Kammakarailla' in Julie Ganapathy are few noted dance numbers of Ramya.

Her distinguished performance in Panchatandram paired opposite Kamal, her acting once again rocked and she did get universal praise. She is one actress who has acted in all the south Indian languages and has paired up with all top star heroes.
