Grandmaster turns 250!
The first of its kind reverse quiz show on Tamil television, Vijay TV's Nature Power Beauty Soap Grand Master completes its 250th episode!

The show which has won the hearts of many has gained immense popularity because of its unique format. The show celebrates success its 250th week with some popular faces from the film and television industry.

Grandmaster G S Pradeep, is known for his high intellectual and analytical skill with great knowledge on history and contemporary world affairs. Recently, Pradeep was bestowed the title Doctor of Letters by Dr Selvin Kumar, Founder President, International Tamil University of Washington D.C.

The first series of Grandmaster had the challenge where the contestant had to think of a famous personality and the Grandmaster had to crack it in 21 questions. In the second series, Grandmaster took the challenge to the next level where he took on three people who thought of one personality each at the same time. If that was not all, the Grandmaster moved onto the new format in which he challenged his own knowledge skills and got guessing on personality, event and city.

The special episodes of the 250th week feature actors Jeyaram, Prasanna, Lakshmi Rai and Kavya Mahadevan and Usha Uthup, the pop singer who take on the Grandmaster in his challenge. He will be made to face each of the celebrities who need to think of three different categories; one on a famous city, second on a famous person and the third on a famous event. This tough challenge calls for big money to be won. If the grandmaster is unable to crack all the three, the celebrity walks away with a prize money of Rs 1,00,000.
