Vijay TV a pioneer in coming up with novel concepts is now ready with a fresh and new idea, "Ran India Mayalogam". Just like its name, Mayalogam is a series with a dash of magic along with a splash of celebrities, where popular magicians across the country get to perform in the same stage.

Mayalogam is ruled by a pompous but skinny Raja Nakimukki. He is accompanied by his bulbous Rani Minnal Idaiyal who is engrossed with her own beauty with an unquenchable desire to be entertained. They are always accompanied by their dwarf ministers who try their best to entertain the Queen, but fail to do the same.

Apasara Mayakani, the story teller comes to their rescue every week by kidnapping some of the best magicians from the real world to showcase their acts to liven Mayalogam.

The magician's stage is situated in the style of a Raja Durbar where much to the delight of the audience some of the most spectacular acts of magic like illusion, conjuring, mental-magic, electronic magi, close-up and escape acts will be performed.

Popular magicians like Acharya - known for his Great Indian Rope Trick; Samraj - a popular illusionist who is versatile in Magic with Lights; Alex - Holds Guiness Record and 2 Limca Records for Magic; Atul - a conjuring specialist; Jammu - popular for Close-up and mental magic are some of the performers who will be performing in this grand stage. Even female magicians like Poornima, is kidnapped from the real world to entertain Rani Minnal Idaiyal.

The role of Raja Nakimukki and Rani Minnal Idaiyal is played by Actor Balaji and Actress Asha. Kavitha plays the role of Apsara Mayakani. Every week a spoof is created where Rani Minnal Idaiyal is entertained in a humorous way in "Ran India Mayalogam".
